Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram founded in 1960 is a unit of an Educational Complex at Pathanapuram which is the happy fruition of the vision and tremendous industry of a towering personality of our immediately previous generation in Kerala, His Grace Mar Thoma Dionysius Metropolitan of the Orthodox Church. His Grace initioated his religious and educational endeavours from a beautiful hillock called MOUNT TABOR in the heart of Pathanapuram town. Ever since the inception of the college in 1960, we have earned the inevitale reputation of being one of the finest seats of teacher education in the state.
